SMOC Spring 2013 Schedule
Check back the week before the meet for any updates.
All meets hosted by SMOC are held rain or shine (or snow!).
Unless otherwise noted, meets start at 12 noon, with the last start time at 2 pm. We begin picking up controls at 3 pm. You have three hours to complete your course, so you may want to begin closer to noon. To avoid an unnecessary search and rescue operation, you must check in with the Meet Director after you come back even if you did not finish your course!

Trail Runner Alert!!!
Love running trails? How about solving puzzles? Consider trying the new “Pink Course”
- What: 5K run on trails in the Waterloo Recreation Area, going as fast as you care to while still finding a number of colorful flags hung at specific points along the course.
- Kicker: We give you a map upon which the course and the location of the flags is precisely marked – you use the map (and a compass) to find your way. NOTE: Bring your own compass or rent one of ours for $1.
- When: Sunday, April 28, start anytime between noon and 2 p.m.
- Where: Crooked Lake, Waterloo Recreation Area (25 mi west of Ann Arbor)
- Entry Fee: $10
