Mill Lake

Weather was a little wet and very windy. Many leaves fell overnight, making the woods
clear and the trails almost invisible. Weather also kept hunters away, and no
mishaps reported from this heavily hunted area. This might be a safer spring location. Course maps were preprinted to avoid map copying in the rain
without shelter.
Control #2 for both green and red was incorrectly placed- it
was on the wrong hill in a swamp. There
was a certain amount of frustration and wasted time searching, finding or
skipping this control.
